Miss Oceanside Breanna Banuelos and Miss Teen Oceanside Caitlin
Guiao were the emcees at the Miss Southern CA Pageant produced
by Pam Pahnke of Eletalent who's also the OSLC pageant coordinator/
community liaison on September 24, 2016 at the Oceanside Harbor.
OSLC Princess Iris Pena, former Teen Princess Kylie Volk,
Carmina Barker to name a few assisted. There were a lot of
beautiful, gorgeous, pretty, cute contestants. The judges
were Jackie Lazaga, Karol Moses, Miss Oceanside '09 Jessica
de Maria, Miss Women Achieve April Emerson, Melissa McKinney.
It was well attended and very successful event. Debbie Nicastro
was awesome in her rendition of the National Anthem. David
Nydegger CEO/President was honored. Mayor Jim Wood, Council
member Jack Feller, Fire Chief Rick Robinson, Color Guard
Ron Owens, Scott Ashton, David Zumaya, Kirstie Hawthorne,
Steve Marcotte of OsideNews, OSLC director Zucette Lumabas
were present.
