“A celebration of community heroes 2023” HEROES OF OCEANSIDE & CAMP PENDLETON held on September 22, 2023 was a very successful event presented by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce CEO Scott Ashton, events & program coordinator Porsche Copeland, design and media specialist Rosie Hurt, business development specialist Nessa Marie. Congratulations to all winner heroes like OFD lifeguards Ryan Rhoads, Mateo Esquivel, Firefighters Capt. Justin Klopenstein, Eng Kevin Levisque, FF PM Brian Mickschl, FF PM Tanner Drinkward, FF PM Daniel Garcia, Small Business Sustainability Award the Plot, Wrench & Rodent, Seabasstropub Davin & Jessica Waite, OPD Officer of the year Det. Chris James, to name a few….It was great to see the outstanding who’s who in our community awesome Mayor Esther Sanchez, Deputy Mayor Ryan Keim, superb Fire Chief David Parsons, DC Tim Scott, Capt.
