Welcome new member

September 15, 2020

We had an exciting and informative Oceanside Sea Lions virtual meeting on Tuesday September 15, 2020 presided by awesome President Pam Pahnke. We welcomed and toasted our new member Wilma Gamboa, who was inducted by PDG: Norm MacKenzie. She was sponsored by VP Belle Limoge, membership chair. We had lots of fun and got a lot accomplished as well.

Since the pandemic started, our Oceanside Sea Lions have been very active with donations.
We have donated to the San Diego Food Bank, the North County Food Bank, Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation, City of Hope - Lions Dollars for Diabetes, Brother Bennos, California Lions Foundation for victims of the Wildfires, Bread of Life, and Solutions for Change. We voted to donate to the: Multiple District 4L6 Disaster Fund. We also have picked up hundreds of eyeglasses and cases at 7 of our retail locations for recycling.
