It was an amazing ribbon
cutting and grand opening of IFly! Congratulations to awesome
Rob and his lovely family and marvelous staff. Thank you Oceanside
Sea Lions Club Miss Oceanside Maggie Islas & Princess
Ilona Malinovska for coming, socializing and greeting people.
It was well attended by some of City of Oceanside: Deputy
Mayor Chuck Lowery, Council Member Jack Feller, Police Chief
Frank McCoy, Michelle Lawrence, Fire Investigator Ron Owens,
Debbie Mikulay, Vickie Floyd Prosser, Don Greene, Firefighter
Captain Matt Price, Lydia Purcell, Leslie Gaul, OCC CEO Scott
Ashton, Emerald Lowe, Quintin to name a few...... It was great
to see Robbie Hass, Channel 8 Shawn Styles, Jeff Zevely, David
Nydegger, Martha Hall, David Zumaya, Marty, Joel.......It
was well attended by people who admired and wanted to join
the instructors to have the exhilarating experience flying.
And some sure did! We enjoyed watching on the sidelines having
a vicarious experience and wishing we can join them. Next
time. There were the Ohana Cupcakes, Chik-filA. Pizza sooo
yummy!
