Ribbon cutting at Cynthia's Artistic Expression

Oceanside Chamber of
Commerce had a very successful ribbon cutting at Cynthia's
Artistic Expression. There were plenty of beautiful painting
using different style. OCC CEO Scott Ashton, Emerald Lowe
membership coordinator and other OCC ambassadors and members
were present to support and appreciate. It was a cool place,
great place to learn.
