OSLC Proclamation by Mayor Esther Sanchez and July 20, 2024 as Oceanside Sea Lions Club Day

Oceanside Sea Lions Club’s newly elected Board of Directors were installed by Gov. Leo Williams on July 20, 2024 at Oceanside Broiler. Club was presented a Proclamation for its 56 years of service to the community by City of Oceanside Mayor Esther Sanchez and she announced that July 20, 2024 was Oceanside Sea Lions Club Day! Marc Manlapaz received the highest award from the club, Melvin Jones Fellow, Esther Francia Adversalo received the Lion of the Year award. Consistent excellent services of our fellow Lions were recognized like Lions Pam Pahnke, Zucette Lumabas and Carol Boyer. We also inducted new member Wendy Thrower by PDG Blessie Trott. It was well-attended meeting Our deepest thanks to those who attended and contributed to make the club’s LY 2023-24 a great one!
