Sea Lions Club presents Miss Oceanside
& Miss Teen Oceanside Scholarship Pageant.

Oceanside Sea Lions, we did it!!! Miss Oceanside & Miss Teen Oceanside Scholarship Pageant was held last June 19, 2021! There were so many challenges bc of CoVid but we prevailed. Congratulations and thank you to our amazing pageant coordinator/president Pam Pahnke who was continuously looking at how we can have the pageant, VP Belle Limoge, Treasurer/Sec. Carol Boyer, Tail Twister Ysela Castillo Sharp, Director Feri Joon, Marc Manlapaz, Mel Lopez, JM Ureta, Julie Hiltsley, Rose Orbon Teding, Rose Lewis, GM Mitchell, Susan Batel, and all who have contributed to the success of the event. ????Thank you Miss Oceanside & Miss Teen Oceanside and your courts 2019-2020. You’re all awesome and I’ll miss you. Our sincere thanks to Steve Marcotte OsideNews.com, judges, contestants, parents, relatives, friends, donors, Heritage Park, Ashley Rentals, and anyone I have missed but equally important! It was a touching moment when Yolanda Sheets paid a great tribute to her mother Bonnie Mitchell pageant chair for 20yrs. Operation Hope President Cindy Taylor thanked the contestants and OSLC for the generous donation. It was poignant, memorable and fun event.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!MISS OCEANSIDE Erika Atienza! Erika Atienza will have in her court; Elizabeth Rose Carlson- First Princess, Andrea Barba- Second Princess and Emerson Ann Allen- Third Princess. Allen was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants. Carlson received ‘Most Outstanding’ and ‘People’s Choice’!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!MISS TEEN OCEANSIDE Jiselle Banuelos. Jiselle Banuelos court has Marlie Wright- First Princess, Rebeca Casanova- Second Princess, Jadyn Spiwak- Third Princess and McCall Dame- Fourth Princess. Dame also received ‘Most Outstanding’ and ‘People’s Choice’ Awards. Miss Congeniality went to Marlie Wright! Ladies this is only the beginning of an awesome adventure as Ambassadors of City of Oceanside, Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and Oceanside Sea Lions Club. The club gives you the opportunity to participate and have fun. The success of your journey is up to you. Your schooling comes first and the rest is your journey. Good luck! God bless. Stay safe.
