& Community Liaison/ VP Pam Pahnke attended the Oceanside
Pacific Kiwanis Beach Fun Day held on April 26, 2019 at the
Harbor Drive. It was indeed a fun day for students with special
needs. It was great to see our heroes OFD awesome Capt. Christian
Boulan & his crew, OPD Officer Davis, Steve Marcotte OsideNews,
Lifeguards, Military, Splash & other Volunteers. Thank
