Congratulations Excellence Real Estate on your very successful Ribbon Cutting by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce! What a cool place! Robert, Marney and Chris were awesome! Thank you Oceanside Sea Lions Club Princess Elizabeth Carlson, Princess Andrea Barba, Teen Princess Rebecca Casanova for coming to the event which was also attended by President Pam Pahnke and VP2 Zucette Lumabas. Food was yummy. Yay! So many cool prizes and winners of the drawing like Scott Ashton, Margery, Pam Pahnke and Zucette Lumabas. So I went to give them their prizes! Congratulations !
