Proclamation
of Miss Oceanside Queens and Princesses 2015

Oceanside Sea Lions,
the sponsor of the Miss Oceanside Pageant since 1981, and
Miss Teen Oceanside Scholarship Pageant added in 2010, attended
the proclamation for Miss Oceanside queens and princesses
2015 for their outstanding community service throughout the
year with Mayor Jim Wood at the Oceanside Council Chambers.
Miss Oceanside Kylea MacKenzie and Miss Teen Oceanside Jacinda
Rios led the Pledge of Allegiance. Debbie Walker, aide to
Mayor Wood read the proclamation. Princess Jacqueline Montano,
Teen Princesses Lauren Bell, Kristialina Banuelos, Kayla Engelhardt
attended. Oceanside Sea Lions who attended were Pres. Jackie
Knapp, VP Liz Latassa, Sec. Ed Ash, Director Gloria Ash, Director
Fred Knapp, James Brown, Pageant Chair Bonnie Mitchell, Community
Liaison/Pageant Coordinator Pam Pahnke, IPP/Pageant Co-chair
Zucette Lumabas. There were others who were honored like OPD
Lt. Leonard Cosby for his 30 yrs. service. Seen with him in
the picture are Mayor Wood, OPD Captain Fred Armijo, council
members, and other heads of department like OFD Chief Darryl
Hebert and Oceanside staff. Congratulations!
