Oceanside Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for First
Investors Corporation on March 18, 2015. It was attended by
OSLC Director Pam Pahnke, pageant coordinator and Princess
Mariana Cruz, not in the picture. In the picture is OSLC club
