Wonderful Proclamation of Miss Oceanside Breana Bañuelos & Miss Teen Oceanside Caitlyn Guiao and princesseses Alicia Cacho, Raquel Parizeau, Whitney Hay, Kristalina Banuelos at the Council Chamber on March 15, 2016. After winning they are the Ambassadors of Goodwill for the City of Oceanside, Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and Oceanside Sea Lions Club. We're very proud of these amazing ladies and their awesome participation in the community activities and events. It was attended by Lions members/officers Elizabeth Latasa, Gloria Ash, Pam Pahnke, Merlyn Cuevas (Gracie ), Rose Lewis, Carol Boyer, Zucette Lumabas.
