Proclamation
of White Cane Days November 1-3, 2013 was attended by Vice
President Jackie Knapp and Secretary Ed Ash at the Oceanside
Council Chamber on October 16, 2013. White Cane Day is one
of the fund raising activities of the Lions to raise money
for sight projects. Every penny of contributions the Clubs
collect goes to support the sight program.
