Ribbon cutting at Monroe Boutique

A very successful
ribbon cutting was done at the awesome Monroe Boutique by
Oceanside Chamber of Commerce on December 9, 2017. There were
a lot of attractive, beautiful, modern clothing. Welcoming
place. Congratulations! It was attended by Oceanside Sea Lions
Director Zucette Lumabas, Main Street Program Manager Gumaro
Escarcega, his wife Fabiola Plata, Emerald Lowe OCC Membership
Services Coordinator.
