Oceanside Sea Lions officers attend OPOA fundraiser

Congratulations Oceanside Police Officers' Association on your very successful fundraiser the first ever Night at the Museum benefiting the San Diego Special Olympics held at Oceanside Museum of Arts on October 20, 2022! The entertainment was provided by awesome Council Member Peter Weiss! The emcee Detective Chris James was superb! It was great to see the two amazing chiefs, present OFD Fire Chief David Parsons and Fmr Fire Chief Rick Robinson, all wonderful people Life guard Captain William Curtis and his wife Whitney, Capt. Sean Marchand, OPD spoke person Jennifer Atenza, Crime Specialist Ashley Sanchez, Officer Betty Gonzales, Officer Luke Rubbish, Officer Bob Moore, my fav OPOA Treasurer Jeff Vanderberg, Director Steve Link, Eileen Lohner-Turk, Margery Pierce, Secretary Wendy, Mikayla, Henry, etc……Oceanside Sea Lions President Pam Pahnke and 2nd Vice President Zucette Lumabas came to support and enjoyed the event. Lots of socialization, yummy food (more than an appetizer), raffle winners, silent auction which I like to bid. I won a basket donated by Tony Pepperoni. Beautiful & interesting costumes! It was an evening to remember! Thank you OPD & OPOA. Couldn’t get everyone’s pictures.
