The Oceanside International
Film Festival was held in Sunshine Brooks Theater on August
1, 2018. It was an amazing episode of Animal Kingdom shown
that evening, so much intense emotion, awesome production!
Oceanside Sea Lions Club Miss Oceanside Sarah Halloway, Princess
Carmen Gagliardi, Princess Venus Johnson, Miss Teen Oceanside
Kayla Ann, Teen Princess Kassidy Betz, Teen Princess Courtney
Peluso, Teen Princess Belle Teta were marvelous, greeting,
welcoming, socializing, being interviewed, walking the red
carpet. OSLC VP/Community Liaison Pam Pahnke and Director
Zucette Lumabas enjoyed the event. The OIFF opening was a
success! So many people! It was a sold out event and a guest
told me she had to wait for 2hrs to get in watch the episode.
That must be the line behind the desk waiting. Yummy food!
Great guitar playing singer. There were so many Who’s
who at the event.
