Lion member meeting and Néw members inducted

Oceanside Sea Lions Club had a fun, very informative and successful general meeting led by our amazing President Belle Limoge! We had an awesome guest speaker Jeff Bott from Toll Road. It was interesting to know about the toll roads and its success! I thought I know everything about it but I learned a lot more. Our deepest appreciation and thanks Jeff. Thank you great PDG Norm MacKenzie for inducting the multitalented new members: Jolie Shih sponsored by Zucette Lumabas, Zeny Austria Cruz Nowroozi and Lucena Catapang sponsored by President Belle Limoge. Student Speakers Contest, Peace Poster, Visitation, Website were discussed. The Miss Oceanside & Miss Teen Oceanside Scholarship Pageant will be held on May 11, 2024 at Star Theatre. We’re looking for contestants 13-25yrs of age living in Oceanside. Happy Birthday January and February birthday celebrants!!! Lion Elizabeth Carlson enjoyed blowing the candle. ��We welcome a visitor Bruce Grayson. The meeting was attended by VP1 Zucette Lumabas, VP2 Marc Manlapaz, IPP/Secretary Pam Pahnke, Treasurer Carol Boyer, Tail Twister Mel Lopez, Director/sight chair Carmen Rocha, Director/hospitality chair Ysela Castillo Sharp, Director Throne Juno, Director Feri Sal, Membership Chair Esther Francia Adversalo, Lions Rose Orbon Teding, Elizabeth Carlson, Duvy Alfaro, Bong Reyes. We’re glad to see them all! President Belle presented gifts to PDG Norm, Lions Jolie, Zeny, Lucena. Food was yummy. More power to us.
